Chief Executive and President

The Chief Executive is responsible to the Board of Trustees for the overall direction of the ICR’s management, research and academic activities and the effective prosecution of its work; and for recommending the allocation of resources.

Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible to the Chief Executive for recommending the resources that are available for allocation, has oversight of Finance, HR, Digital Services, Estates & Facilities and Governance and is responsible for the development and delivery of those professional services strategies and operational plans and the management and implementation of associated resources and regulations (including health and safety).

Dr Barbara Pittam

Chief Research and Academic Officer

The Chief Research and Academic Officer has oversight of Academic Services, Research Services, Business & Innovation and the Development & Communications Directorate, and is responsible to the Chief Executive for the development and delivery of ICR’s research and education operational plans, the planning and implementation to achieve them and the management of key research and academic partnerships.

Academic Dean

The Academic Dean is responsible to the Chief Executive for determining (subject to the advice of the Academic Board) education strategies and priorities; the planning and implementation to achieve them; and the evaluation of education and training outcomes.
